Certified Nurse Assistant care may involve:
- Communicating and tracking medical changes
- Bathing and dressing
- Personal care, including hair, skin, oral care, and nails
- Helping with toileting or incontinence care
- Light meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Close collaboration with you, your assigned certified nurse assistant, Case managing nurse and our physician allows
us to put a plan in place to maximize the hospice experience.
